We currently have 8 working horses and ponies. Group rideouts will only ever be as large as 6 persons with our packpony when required to carry picnics or camping gear ! Children must be over 12 years and have some riding experience. Adult beginners are welcome as are experienced riders. We use a selection of English leather and Western saddles.

In the background here you can see our "roundpen" which we use for training the horses. We have a concreted yard with 6 stables of various sizes(which can be used if you wish to bring your own horse),a tack room, feed sheds and fields. Also an indoor area where riding gear for wet and dry conditions are available along with tea/coffee facilities. We now also have an office where hats are provided as well. The toilet is a basic affair but with handwashing facilities !

Satinka is a 5 year old Appaloosa who will be ridden by Fiona only and we hope that she will lead rides, a little unsure of the camera !
This saddle was handcrafted by Paul Carpenter, our local Western saddler, www.mtn-m.co.uk

Our newest addition to the team is Marv (Marvellous) who is a Clydesdale cross Cob and completed a charity ride from John'O'Groats to Lands End. He is proving to be a real gentleman and has fitted in well with the herd.(pictured below)

Joe is an Irish Sportshorse and is quite in love with Phoenix. We have a small selection of body protectors in various sizes but would suggest that you bring your own for comfort if you feel that you need to wear one.

Phoenix is a Connemara/Irish Draft.

Tarka is an Irish Draft cross Thoroughbred. He will be used as Michaella's horse for leading the shorter rides.
